No sale of personal data
We do not sell or rent your personal information, including information relating to children.
This policy explains how Appmystique applications and games handle information, which third-party services may be involved, and the choices available to users, parents, and guardians.
A plain-language summary of the privacy approach used across Appmystique apps and games.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, including information relating to children.
Content you create is generally stored on your device unless an app clearly states otherwise.
Some apps may use tools such as Google AdMob or Google Play Billing depending on the feature set.
Some Appmystique games are designed for children under 13 and use additional privacy protections.
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications, websites, and related services published or operated under the Appmystique name (collectively, the "Services"). Individual apps may provide additional privacy information when their features require it.
Appmystique does not generally require you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, or email address merely to use an app. If an individual app offers a feature that requires personal information, the feature and the information involved will be disclosed at the point of collection.
Information, documents, images, settings, game progress, or other content you enter into an app are generally processed and stored locally on your device. We do not receive that content unless you deliberately send it to us, use a cloud or sharing feature identified in the app, or contact us for support.
Some Appmystique apps and games are intended for children, including children under 13. We design those child-directed Services to minimize the collection of personal information. They do not require a child to provide a name, email address, phone number, precise location, or similar contact information simply to play the game or use the core app features, unless an individual app clearly states otherwise and any legally required parental notice and consent process is provided.
When you email us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and support question. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve our Services.
An app may request access to device features such as photos, camera, files, notifications, or microphone when those features are necessary for an action you choose. Permission requests are handled by your device, and you may review or revoke them through your device settings.
For apps directed to children, we seek to limit permissions and data access to what is reasonably necessary for the app's functionality. A child-directed game should not require access to sensitive device data merely to play unless that access is essential to a clearly identified feature.
Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but it will not stop you from using unrelated parts of the app where technically possible.
Depending on the app and version you use, our Services may include third-party tools that process limited information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Some apps may display advertisements through Google AdMob. In general-audience apps, Google and its advertising partners may process limited device, network, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, or usage information as described in Google's policies and according to the privacy choices available to the user.
If an Appmystique app or game is directed to children, advertising is intended to be configured for age-appropriate treatment and non-personalized advertising, and only advertising SDKs permitted for child-directed use under the applicable Google Play Families requirements should be used. We do not permit interest-based or personalized advertising to children in our child-directed apps.
Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy, the Google Play Families Policy Requirements, and through privacy controls available in Google or device settings.
Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through Google Play. Google processes the transaction and payment details. Appmystique does not receive your full card or bank information; we may receive purchase status, product, subscription, or transaction identifiers needed to provide and restore the purchased feature.
Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and eligible refunds are managed through Google Play and are subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
We do not sell or rent personal information, including personal information relating to children. Information may be disclosed only:
Content stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to your device's backup settings. Information sent to us for support is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
If we learn that personal information from a child was collected in a manner that required parental consent but valid consent was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information, subject to any legal requirement that requires limited retention.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control. However, no device, storage method, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Some Appmystique apps and games are specifically designed for children, including children under 13. Other Appmystique Services may be intended for a general audience. We apply additional privacy protections when a Service is child-directed.
Our child-directed apps are designed to avoid asking children to submit personal information in order to access core gameplay or features. We do not knowingly ask a child under 13 to provide personal contact information such as a full name, email address, phone number, or precise location unless the information is necessary for a clearly identified feature and the collection is handled in accordance with applicable child-privacy requirements, including parental notice or consent where required.
If a child-directed Appmystique app contains advertising, we intend to use age-appropriate advertising settings and services permitted for child-directed apps. Personalized or interest-based advertising is not intended to be served to children through our child-directed apps.
A parent or legal guardian may contact us to ask whether we hold personal information relating to their child, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a concern about a child-directed Appmystique app. We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the requesting adult before acting on a request.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Appmystique without the consent required by law, please email appmystiquedeveloper@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include deleting the information.
Privacy and parental-consent rules vary by country or region. Where applicable law uses an age threshold higher than 13 or imposes additional requirements for children or minors, we intend to apply the relevant local requirement.
Depending on your location and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.
